Sermorelin.

GHRH ANALOG · 29 AMINO ACIDS · STRIVE PHARMACY · WAVE 1A

— MECHANISM

A 29-amino-acid analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone.

Sermorelin signals the pituitary to release endogenous growth hormone in its natural pulsatile pattern — preserving the feedback loop that synthetic GH overrides. Administered nightly to coincide with the body's own GH pulse window, it supports slow but durable shifts in recovery, sleep depth, and body composition without the suppressive effects of exogenous somatropin.

Sermorelin is structurally short-acting (half-life ~10–15 minutes), which is by design: a single peak, a single trough, a single overnight pulse. We pair it with cycled IGF-1 monitoring and a re-test every twelve weeks.

— WHO IT'S FOR

Adults with declining IGF-1 and slowed recovery, on bloodwork.

  • 01Adults with documented IGF-1 below the mid-quartile for age and sex.
  • 02Athletes targeting sleep depth and lean-mass preservation, especially in 40s and beyond.
  • 03Members optimising body composition alongside resistance training and a stable nutrition base.
  • 04Not appropriate for adults with active malignancy, advanced retinopathy, or unmanaged insulin resistance.

— PROTOCOL

Five nights a week, subcutaneous, before bed.

Standard adult dose is 200–300 mcg subcutaneously, five nights per week, taken thirty minutes before bed on an empty stomach. The drug arrives lyophilised in a 5 mL vial; we reconstitute with bacteriostatic water at your first visit and walk you through your first dose. Cycled in twelve-week blocks with quarterly re-test of IGF-1, fasting glucose, and HbA1c.

  • 01Subcutaneous injection · 27g insulin pin · rotate sites
  • 025 nights / week · 200–300 mcg per dose
  • 0330-minute empty-stomach window each side of dose
  • 0412-week cycle, re-test, revise — repeat

— SIDE EFFECTS

Honest, not exhaustive.

  • 01Mild injection-site flushing, usually subsiding within an hour.
  • 02Vivid dreams in the first two weeks of dosing — most members report this normalises.
  • 03Transient mild headache or lightheadedness on dose escalation.
  • 04Theoretical insulin-resistance shift at chronic high doses — we re-test fasting glucose every quarter.
