About joining.

Do I need to be in New York to be a member?
No. Core members work with us by telehealth in 47 states. Flagship visits are an option, not a requirement — though most members travel for the quarterly sit-down. Signature is designed assuming you'll be at the flagship two to four times a month.
What is the assessment?
A four-minute online intake. We use it to decide whether we can help you and what tests to run first. There's no payment.
Can I pause or cancel?
Any month after your first quarter, no penalty. Memberships are month-to-month after the 90-day initial commitment.
Do you take insurance?
No. We're a membership clinic — pricing is transparent and you keep your full insurance independently. We provide superbills on request, but most members find insurance reimbursement for longevity care unreliable.
Can I upgrade from Core to Signature?
Any time. We prorate the month and roll the rest in. You keep your clinician.
What's the youngest age for a member?
21. Most peptide and HRT protocols are inappropriate for people still in development, and the goals look different. Assessment-only services are available regardless of age once you're 18.
Do you offer gift memberships?
Not at present. Membership requires a personal clinical evaluation — a gift wouldn't bypass that. We do offer gift cards for diagnostic panels and IV sessions; reach out to concierge.

About care.

How is YOD different from a research peptide site?
A clinician sees you. Bloodwork drives the protocol. Pharmacies are licensed. You can call us.
Are peptides legal in the US?
The peptides we currently dispense are eligible for 503A compounding under valid prescription. Each is sourced through licensed pharmacies that publish certificates of analysis. We add new compounds as the regulatory pathway clears them.
Do I have to take everything you prescribe?
No. The protocol is written in front of you. You read it before we begin. If a line doesn't sit right, we change it then and there — or remove it.
Will I see the same clinician every quarter?
Yes. One clinician writes your protocol; that same clinician reads your re-draw and revises it. If they're out, you'll know in advance.

About the panels.

What does the comprehensive panel actually test?
73 markers across hormones (testosterone, estradiol, DHEA, thyroid axis, cortisol, IGF-1), cardiometabolic (ApoB, Lp(a), lipid panel, fasting insulin, HbA1c, hs-CRP), micronutrients (D, B12, magnesium RBC, omega-3 index), and organ health (CBC, CMP, liver enzymes, kidney function, homocysteine). The full marker list is on the diagnostics page.
Can I bring my own labs?
Yes, if they're recent (within 90 days) and from a major lab (Quest, LabCorp, BioReference, or a partner panel). Older or partial results, we re-run.
How long do results take?
Five business days for the standard 73-marker panel. Specialty markers may take longer; we'll tell you up front.
— 04 / PHARMACY

About the medicine.

Which pharmacies fill my prescriptions?
Strive Pharmacy (Gilbert, AZ) for GLP-1s, HRT, sermorelin, NAD+, GHK-Cu, PT-141, methylene blue. Empower Pharmacy (Houston, TX) for BPC-157, TB-500, thymosin alpha-1, MOTS-c, and ipamorelin/CJC from April 2026. Both are PCAB-accredited, NABP-listed, and LegitScript-certified.
How quickly do prescriptions ship?
2–5 business days for in-stock compounds. Cold-chain compounds ship insulated with monitoring. You'll see tracking in your member portal.
Can I receive my Rx in the clinic instead of shipping?
Yes — every prescribed compound has two delivery modes. Ships to home, or stays at the clinic for in-clinic administration. You choose, per Rx, and can switch any time.

About the day-to-day.

Is YOD HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Protected Health Information is stored on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with strict access control. Our Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at intake and available on request.
Where do I sign in to my portal?
From the top right of every page, or here. Sign-in is by emailed magic link or Google / Apple ID. We don't ask for passwords.
Do you have an app?
The portal is mobile-first and works as an installed PWA. A native iOS / Android app is on the roadmap for Phase 5.
