Practise
here.
A small team. Quiet hours. Real medicine, modern panels, time with patients, and the equipment to do it properly. We hire slowly. Six full-time on the floor today; another four planned through the end of next year.
Posture, briefly.
Members for the year.
You're not running through a chart-volume target. You see members on a twelve-week cadence. Quality time, real continuity.
Read the literature.
Weekly clinical reading hour, paid. Quarterly journal club. You can't read the lit if you're billing every hour.
Best-of-best equipment.
Hologic Horizon, Living Earth Crafts, BIOMAX 9000, SkinPen Precision, Eclipse PRP. No cost-cutting at the equipment line.
One chart, not five.
One EHR, one record, one set of orders. Modern stack. The clinician spends time on the chart, not in it.
Four roles
currently open.
Physician · Longevity / Internal medicine
Member-facing clinician on the YOD friendly-PC. Mix of onboarding, quarterly sit-downs, and protocol revision.
Physician Assistant · IV / In-clinic Rx
Runs the IV lounge, in-clinic Rx administration, and protocol read-back. Reports to Medical Director.
RN · Phlebotomy & specimen handling
Owns the draw room, cold-chain to partner reference lab, and quarterly specimen ops.
Member experience lead
Reports to Coby. The face of every member's day. Calendar, coordination, the small things that make luxury feel real.
How we don't
want to work.
Twelve-minute slots. Computer-on-the-knee charting. EMR-as-billing-machine. "Wellness" without medicine. Coffee in the waiting room out of a paper cup. Whatever your last role asked of you that you didn't believe in — we don't ask that here.
