YOD Health, Inc. is a Wyoming C-corp operating as a management services organisation (MSO). The clinical practice is provided by independent professional corporations (a friendly-PC) in each licensed state. The MSO does not practice medicine.
YOD operates a private clinic at 78 Crosby Street, New York, providing peptide therapy, hormone optimisation, longevity diagnostics, in-clinic IV therapy, body composition analysis, and aesthetic adjuncts (microneedling, PRP). YOD is not a primary care provider, urgent care provider, mental health provider, emergency service, or substitute for those services. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

All hormones, peptides, GLP-1s, and compounded medications dispensed under a YOD prescription require an established patient-provider relationship — meaning intake, bloodwork (or recent equivalent), and a documented clinical indication.

Formulary additions follow the regulatory pathway only. YOD does not dispense research-only compounds, unapproved-for-human-use compounds, or compounds outside of the FDA Section 503A framework.

Protected Health Information ("PHI") is stored on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. Access is role-based and audit-logged. We do not sell PHI, ever. We do not share PHI with marketing platforms, advertising networks, or third-party analytics.
Our full Notice of Privacy Practices is provided at intake and is available on request from privacy@yodhealth.com. Members may request a copy of their PHI, request correction of an inaccuracy, or request restrictions on disclosure under HIPAA's standard provisions.

Telehealth is offered as a feature of YOD membership in the states where the friendly-PC is licensed. Current licensed-state list is maintained at concierge@yodhealth.com on request, and is updated quarterly. Protocol initiations and revisions occur in person at 78 Crosby; telehealth is used for refills, follow-ups, and travel coverage.

Membership is billed monthly. The first ninety days are non-refundable to cover onboarding, baseline panel, and initial sit-down. After the first ninety days, membership is month-to-month and may be paused or cancelled in any subsequent month, with no penalty and no exit fee.
Compounded medications, in-clinic services, and partner-imaging coordination are billed at member rate as line items or, for Private Client, included in the all-inclusive monthly fee. Insurance is not billed by YOD; superbills are available on request for member submission to insurers.
