Signature.
Everything in Core, plus the depth and the room. The annual exposure workup, NAD+ assay, three bundles a month, partner imaging concierged, lounge access, priority booking.
Private Client.
All-inclusive. A dedicated MD on weekly proactive contact, house calls in Manhattan, family extensions, the full advanced diagnostic library. No itemized bills.
Every membership begins with a 90-day initial commitment. Month-to-month thereafter — pause or cancel any time.

A deeper rate.
Every Rx, every IV, every in-clinic service shows two member prices: the Core rate, and the deeper Signature rate. The richer your membership, the deeper your per-line discount.

The first five hundred Signature members are grandfathered at $1,495/month for as long as they hold a continuous membership. We don't raise your rate, we don't add tiers above you, we don't strip the original benefits. Founding members keep priority on every new service we add, including future expansion locations.
